May 18, 2010 - Tuesday
3:45 - 4:45 p.m.: Combined rehearsal - all students
6:30 p.m.: All students in orchestra room
7:00 p.m.: Concert begins

Attire: Blue orchestra polo or Navy blue polo, blue jeans.

End of concert: all take a stand and chair to clear stage...very important!

If you need a polo, bring $18. I have many available in most sizes. Please contact Mr. Tidwell.

2009-2010 TMEA Region 17 Orchestra Members

The following students were awarded membership in a TMEA Region 17 HS Orchestra though an audition on October 17, 2009 in Clear Lake:

TMEA High School Full Orchestra:
Violin: Jennifer Huang; Viola: Bethany Lamoureux, Kenny Holmes; Cello: Kei Kudose, Whitney Young; Bass: Dylan Ilseng, Chris Leidlein.

High School String Orchestra:
Violin: Yui Iwamoto, Samantha McFatter, Siri Manjunath; Viola: Britney Holmes; Cello: Craig Newcomb, Roy Calzadillas;

These students will perform in the Region 17 Orchestra Concerts on January 23, 2010 at Brazosport HS. The concerts are free and begin at 4:00 p.m.
